If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Your membership in the tntmatrimony.com is for yourself for personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
The membership may be cancelled by either party by serving a written notice on the other.tntmatrimony.com reserves the right to cancel the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refundable.
If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
A member who wants to cancel his membership and avail the refund of membership fee must have NOT utilized his/her membership by viewing the phone number/mails/message of ANY of the profiles. He/she is eligible for refund of the Membership Fee (after deducting transactional charges and service tax, as applicable). Such members shall give in writing the reason for cancellation of their TNTMATRIMONY.COM Matrimonial membership within 7 days of purchase of membership. If the member has viewed one or more phone numbers, the membership fee will not be refunded. However, TNTMATRIMONY.COM will review the reason(s) for cancellation of membership and may issue a refund depending on case to case.
Mode of Refund and Timeframe: Refunds will be processed to your bank account only through NEFT transfer only and may take up to 7 business days. No refund will be done through cash.
Once refunded your receipt will be invalid.
Your membership in the TNTMATRIMONY.COM service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
